An electronic swimming pool cleaner is a fully automated robotic pool cleaning system. Once placed in the pool the cleaner will spend the first part of it's cleaning cycle familiarizing itself with your pool, it then cleans the pool using it's rollers/brushes.
The dirt and debris is filtered out using an internal filter which is then cleaned out manually once the cleaners cycle is finished.
Electronic cleaners use different filtration systems and filter to varying degrees, some cleaners use filter bags where as others will use cartridge filters.
